So, having only recently discovered speciality coffee at home after acquiring an '1zpresso' grinder, I've been trying various coffee's.
So far, after maybe a dozen or so different coffee's this is my favourite. A wonderful balance, not too acidic, rich but fragrant and quite light. The flavour notes are wonderful. Of all the washed varieties I've tried this is head and shoulders above the rest. An easy 5 stars.
One of the best coffee I have had in the first quater. My only small things is the sorting by size, but I can do it myself. Still my favourite.
It's a very good pour over coffee: strong aroma, balance tastes. There is only a small thing that if the roastery do pre-roast sorting, that would be awesome.

The coffee beans we ordered makes a nice flat white,just how we like it.

I'm a man of simple tastes, and perhaps this one is just too flavoursome for me. I couldn't enjoy it at all. There's an overwhelming taste of fruity-mango or something here that was overpowering. Even upon opening the pack, I surprised to discover that, had I not known it was coffee, I would almost certainly be unable to identify the aroma as coffee...
It may be that a more sophisticated palate is required than I possess!
Absolutely loved this, I like funky flavours and full body with a balanced flavour..this is great.
Rwandan coffees have really gone up in my estimation the last couple of years.. delicious.
